Cancellation and Substitution Policy


  • Once a registration is made, and payment has been processed, refunds are not available.
  • You may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost. To do so, please notify us via email at info@strategy-engineering-research.com at least 48 hours prior to the event.
  • In the event that you can no longer attend the event due to personal circumstances, a refund will not be given; however, you may request a credit for a future event - please contact us at info@strategy-engineering-research.com 


In the unlikely event that the conference cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the control of Strategy Engineering Research Group (SERG) (such as force majeure events, natural disasters, or government restrictions) SERG reserves the right to reschedule the event to a future date. If the event is rescheduled, participants will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a credit for any future event. Refunds will not be given.


Program Changes


While the Event organisers will make every effort to adhere to the published schedule, Strategy Engineering Research Group (SERG) assumes no liability for any changes to the advertised program, session times, speakers, or venue. SERG will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to customers via its websites or by email.


Liability


Strategy Engineering Research Group (SERG) will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the Event.


Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings throughout the Event.


The Event organisers are not responsible for any personal, travel or accommodation expenses incurred due to Event cancellation or changes.
